PRIVATE CLIENT IMMIGRATION
VSA’s private client team supports a
wide range of applications including family based application categories, Tier
1 (General), Tier 1 (Entrepreneur), Tier 1 (Investor), Tier 4 students and EEA

EMPLOYMENT PERMISSION including inter company
transfers
VSA advise clients on the correct
Tier 2 category in respect of existing employees and new staff. We work with
the relevant parties to obtain the Tier 2 (ICT), Tier 2 (General), Tier 2 (Post
Study Worker), or Tier 2 (Shortage Occupation) Certificate of Sponsorship and
the required entry clearance from the home location, or Further Leave to Remain
application for those eligible to switch status while remaining in the UK. For
family members we provide full assistance with the dependent entry clearance
